OUR DEPOSIT POLICY!

A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your puppy. All deposits are non-refundable unless the vet finds a health issue with your puppy or something should happen to your puppy while still in my care! If something should happen to your puppy while still in my care, we can handle it one of two ways, we can either transfer your deposit to another puppy or I will refund your deposit to you! The choice is yours!!! Also all deposits will be forfeit if your puppy is not picked up with in 72 hours of agreed pick-up date or if you do not contact me to settle upon new date with-in the 72 hours!

72 HOUR GUARANTEE!!!

Once you get your puppy, you have 72 hrs from date of purchase to have it examined by your veterinarian. If your vet says your new puppy is unhealthy, you will need to contact me and have your vet fax my vet with his/ her findings. If my vet agrees, you will then return your puppy and I will refund your money ! But you must have this done within 72 hrs of purchasing your new puppy or this guarantee is void!!!!

1 YEAR GENETIC REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE!

If within 1 year of purchasing one of my Chihuahuas it should become ill, and your veterinarian says that its a genetic problem! I will replace your puppy with a puppy of equal value when I have another litter of pups born! But understand that I'm a small breeder with a limited number of litters a year so it may take several months to replace your puppy.
For this guarantee to be valid.
1. You must call me so I have time to talk to my vet. to either set up an appointment or let him know that your vet. will be calling/faxing him your puppies information!
2. I will then call you back with the appointment information if you live within a reasonable distance!
3. I will either meet you there or I will meet with my vet. once your vet gets the necessary information to him.
4. You must either bring your puppy to the appointment or be able to ship it back to me .
5. Once my vet. examines your puppy or goes over the necessary documents from your vet., he will either agree or disagree with your vets findings.If he agrees with your vets findings I will replace your puppy with one of equal value when I have one available!
This does not cover fontanels, tear ducks(cherry eye), parvo, coccidiosis, accidents, or problems from lack of veterinarian care such as annual check-ups, vaccinations, and worming!! It must be a genetic problem!!!!!
